Titan Solar Power closed. Your panels still need a service path.
Titan Solar Power ceased operations in 2024. If a Titan-installed system is offline, underperforming, showing an inverter error, or has lost monitoring, MK3 can independently diagnose qualifying existing equipment in its active service areas.

The original installer can disappear while the equipment remains repairable.
MK3’s repair-only model is designed around the installed system—not selling a replacement system because the original installer closed.

Evaluate the system that Titan installed.
- System diagnostics and production troubleshooting
- Inverter, optimizer and microinverter diagnostics
- Monitoring reconnection where compatible
- Panel, wiring and equipment assessment
- Battery diagnostics for supported equipment
- Restoration planning for multi-fault systems
A closed installer and an equipment manufacturer are not the same company.
Some components may have manufacturer warranties that are separate from the installer’s workmanship obligations. Whether coverage exists, transfers, or pays for a particular repair depends on the manufacturer and written terms. MK3 does not assume Titan’s obligations and does not guarantee warranty coverage.
Original contract, equipment serial/model numbers, manufacturer warranty documents, monitoring access, PTO/interconnection records if available, and photos of visible error messages.
Practical answers for orphaned-system owners.
Yes. Titan Solar Power ceased operations in June 2024. Titan-affiliated entities subsequently filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona.
MK3 can diagnose and service qualifying existing systems within its supported equipment and geography. The installer name does not by itself determine repairability; the installed equipment, fault, access, and parts availability matter.
A closed installer does not automatically eliminate every manufacturer warranty, but coverage depends on the manufacturer and written warranty terms. MK3 does not promise coverage or assume Titan’s workmanship obligations.
