Installer not listed?

Your solar company disappeared—or you simply don’t know who to call. The installer name does not have to end the conversation.

MK3 works on qualifying existing solar systems based on the installed equipment and the actual fault. If your original installer is not listed on the site, share the company name if known—or just tell us what equipment you have and what the system is doing.

What MK3 looks at

The system matters more than the logo on the old sales paperwork.

Installer history is useful context, but diagnosis depends on the panels, inverter or microinverters, optimizers, wiring, monitoring hardware, battery, electrical equipment and system condition.

Photos can help identify the system. Equipment labels and monitoring screenshots are useful when the installer name is unknown.
Supported equipment

Bring the model numbers, not just the installer name.

MK3 services compatible SolarEdge, Enphase, Tesla, SMA, Fronius and other supported equipment. Battery diagnostics are also available for supported systems, with exact serviceability determined after reviewing the equipment and issue.

Repair-only positioning

Not knowing the installer should not automatically mean replacing the whole system.

MK3 does not use a repair inquiry as a lead-in to sell a new solar system. The company’s stated model is existing-system diagnostics, repair and restoration.

What if the old installer is still operating?

If you have valid contractual, workmanship, financing, or manufacturer support, review those rights first. MK3 does not replace another company’s obligations.

Installer not listed FAQs

What to send MK3.

Possibly. MK3 evaluates the installed equipment, fault, location, access, and parts availability rather than limiting service only to the installer names shown on the site.

MK3 works with SolarEdge, Enphase, Tesla, SMA, Fronius and other compatible equipment. Exact serviceability still depends on the system and issue.

You can still contact MK3. Photos of the inverter, equipment labels, monitoring screen, and electrical equipment can help identify the system.

MK3’s stated business model is repair and restoration of existing solar systems only, not new solar installation sales.

Don't see your installer?

Send the system details anyway.

A few photos, the ZIP code, equipment brand and symptom are enough to start determining whether MK3 can help.
