What happens next

A clear path from diagnosis to repair.

Four clear steps move your system from symptoms to repair options.

Step 01

Review symptoms

We review symptoms, monitoring data, and visible error codes.

Step 02

Inspect equipment

We inspect relevant equipment and electrical components tied to failure.

Step 03

Identify the fault

Testing narrows the issue to the most likely failed component.

Step 04

Explain next steps

We explain repair options, limitations, pricing, and practical next steps.

MK3 works on the system you already own.

The company does not use repair inquiries as a funnel to sell a new solar installation. If diagnosis supports a repair path, MK3 explains the affected equipment and next steps. If a component cannot reasonably be serviced, that limitation should be explained rather than hidden behind a replacement pitch.

Questions homeowners ask

Solar repair FAQs

Straight answers, with warranty and repairability determined by the actual equipment and applicable terms.

Not necessarily. The system may still produce while the monitoring connection is down, or the monitoring issue may be one symptom of a broader equipment fault.

MK3 supports Enphase and SolarEdge service capability. Reconnection still depends on the installed hardware, platform access, and account conditions.

Account-transfer capability varies by manufacturer and system. MK3 can diagnose the situation and help determine the practical next step, but should not promise a transfer before the platform rules are confirmed.

Screenshots of the monitoring app, gateway lights, inverter display or error code, equipment model, and a description of when reporting stopped are useful.
